A designated time will be set for the raffle draw, and until that time, the ticket pool must be filled for the raffle to qualify for a draw. If not enough tickets are entered before the deadline, the raffle will be canceled, and the tickets will be refundable. #### 🕙 Time based For certain campaigns and community competitions, the only criteria will be a designated time of draw.
