The BillionAir platform employs a token buyback program, funded by a portion of the platform's profits and a portion of the ticket sales raised for raffles (overcollections). The token buyback program is designed to drive value to the AIRB token ecosystem, mainly through token burning.
Token Burning is the primary deflationary mechanism of the project, as a portion of the repurchased AIRB tokens is permanently destroyed via token burning. This immediately reduces the total supply of AIRB. Burns occur regularly, initially set at once per quarter but subject to a community vote.
